Application for Transcript

Step by Step Procedure

Step 1: Click Application for Transcript Button at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Enter your email address on the displayed page and click CREATE ACCOUNT
Note: You are advised to use valid email address.

Step 3: Click the activation link sent to your email address and proceed to biodata entry page.

Step 4: Submit all the information supplied on the biodata page and preview your information before proceeding.

Step 5: View the payment information and use your ATM card to make the payment.

Step 6: After successful payment, print your payment receipt.

Your academic transcript will be sent to the address specified on the application form.

Application for the Verification of Result

Step by Step Procedure

Step 1: Click Application for the verification of Result at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Submit all the information supplied on the biodata page and preview your information before proceeding.

Step 3: View the payment information and use your ATM card to make the payment.

Step 4: After successful payment, print your payment receipt.

Note: Your request will be sent to the address specified on the application form.
