General introduction about online transcript request

Online transcript request is a software that ensure that processing of transcript is flexible, timely and delivered to the recipient within a twinkle of an eye.
The procedure to operate the software seamlessly is listed at the right hand side of this section.

Procedure

  • 1. Login in with your username and password

  • 2. Enter student's matric number to begin the processing

  • 3. Upon successful authentication, preview the transcript generated earlier

  • 4. If there is no error, click on send transcript to email the transcript to recipient address.

  • 5. Acknowledge message will be sent to the applicant email address provided earlier.

  • 6. If there is no error, click on send transcript to email the transcript to recipient address.

  • 8. If there is any error during the operation, click Raise Ticket to send complaints to College designated officer in charge.
